With a philosophy based on excellence, innovation, and proximity, the clinic continues to lead with a portfolio of services ranging from dermatology to urology, including plastic surgery, endocrinology, and gynecology.

Aiming to improve the digital experience for its patients and strengthen its close relationship with them, CliniAlba identified the need to optimize its website information and establish a robust social media presence. The goal was clear: to increase brand awareness and generate more consultation bookings.

Through an integrated digital strategy, we developed new information for the CliniAlba website, including the creation of a health blog, SEO implementation, ad campaigns, and an active social media presence. This approach not only increased the clinic's visibility but also made it easier for patients to access information.

The social media strategy involved content planning that not only positions CliniAlba as a trustworthy and experienced healthcare provider in its range of specialties but also uses these channels as a vehicle for information, with health facts, answers to frequent questions, and encouragement to book appointments. We adapted the content strategy for each social network since the demographics and interests are slightly different across channels.

Aware that digital media could be an ally in communicating its services, CliniAlba felt the need to optimize its website's presentation and content. As a result, each medical specialty was optimized with detailed, SEO-oriented information, ensuring users can view the professional background of the entire team, consultation availability, descriptions of ophthalmological equipment and exams, and gain a clearer understanding of the available services and procedures. The implementation of an Ads strategy also allowed us to focus on attracting potential patients looking for specific consultations, significantly increasing CliniAlba's visibility in search engines and its conversion opportunities.

The website also features a new blog area, where we develop monthly content on topics related to ophthalmology, aiming to answer frequent questions or topics of public health interest.

Frequently asked health questions, demystification of concepts, reinforcement of the human-centered approach in consultations, interesting facts, and wellness tips are some of the contents that have been an integral part of a strategy whose ultimate goal is to allow any patient to anticipate CliniAlba's safe, innovative, and familiar approach even before their appointment.
