For their internal campaign, “2025 Made of the Future,” Itaú needed to create a film that would celebrate the bank's future and its employees, known as "Itubers." The goal was to showcase what the future holds for the bank through the personal stories and aspirations of its own team members, creating an authentic and engaging piece of content for their Christmas dinner.

We produced a short film that put the spotlight on the Itau team. The video captures the team in their workspaces and daily lives, such as at the gym or in the park. The employees speak about their dreams, hopes, and their vision for the future, both for themselves and for the bank. We combined footage filmed in Lisbon with testimonials sent in from collaborators in other countries, creating a truly international and unified feel.

A Celebration of People
The film was a powerful way to bring the team together and recognise their importance. By allowing employees to share their personal stories and aspirations, the film transformed a corporate message into a human one. It was a clear demonstration that for Itaú, the "future" is built not just on strategy, but on the people who drive the brand forward every day.
