A new era of construction requires a brand with a solid foundation

    Born from a joint venture between the Secil and Casais Groups, KREAR is a pioneering force in the construction sector. It stands at the intersection of industry and construction, developing innovative, sustainable, and high-quality industrialized solutions. KREAR's mission is to lead a new way of building, focusing on efficiency, safety, and healthy living spaces for future generations.

    KREAR had a logo but lacked a comprehensive brand identity. The main challenge was to build a strong, cohesive brand from the ground up that could communicate its innovative concept of industrialized construction to a diverse audience. We needed to translate a complex, technical vision into a clear, accessible, and engaging brand story.

  • the story

    We developed the unifying concept "Creativity Made Concrete" to serve as the brand's central pillar. This core idea allowed us to create a complete brand book, defining the brand's promise and vision. We outlined communication strategies and touchpoints, ensuring a consistent message across all platforms, from a launch video presented at Tektónica to a new website that simplifies a complex process.

From Digital to Physical
A comprehensive set of brand elements was developed, including business cards, brochures, and leaflets, to ensure a cohesive presence in the physical world. Simultaneously, we created a new website on WordPress that provides a simple and clear explanation of KREAR’s innovative construction concept. The brand's digital and physical presence now works in harmony.
