How to transform Sogenave's digital presence with a B2B product sales portal

Sogenave is one of the main national distributors of food and non-food products, serving various markets, including health, hypermarkets, education, and HoReCa.

As a leader in the distribution sector, Sogenave sought to digitize its services through an efficient B2B platform for its clients, allowing for a more fluid and agile ordering process and reducing the dependence on the presence of sales representatives.

Through a B2B sales portal, the purchasing experience is simplified and integrated with Sogenave's internal systems, such as SAP.

The solution was developed using the Umbraco platform, allowing for the creation of a personalized environment. The integration of the solution with web services and the direct connection with SAP enable autonomous and integrated order management. Orders placed through the portal are automatically reflected in the company's internal systems.

Each client has access to a reserved and personalized area on the platform. The navigation – designed with a focus on the mobile experience – allows for the consultation of the entire catalog, price list, product stock, and delivery route days, offering a simple and intuitive user experience.




The new sales portal adapts to Sogenave's needs, digitizing its services with efficient integration with internal systems and prioritizing the customer experience for convenient and fast orders.
