Founded in 1946, Christeyns is a multinational company, headquartered in Belgium, that has become a benchmark in the hygiene industry, operating in more than 50 countries with solutions for industrial laundries, professional hygiene, and the food industry.

Christeyns recognized the importance of digitization to optimize its processes and operations in an increasingly digital world. The company needed a digitization strategy that would meet the needs of all departments, improve customer relationships, generate leads, enhance the quality of information, and optimize communication.

After a process of interviews with the company's various stakeholders, we gathered the needs of each department and evaluated existing management and communication processes to define new KPIs and design new workflows supported by technological solutions.


Through this digitization strategy—a pilot project in the Portuguese market—Christeyns was able to make its services more effective, with less time and resource consumption by its teams and with facilitated processes so that employees could prioritize what matters: providing a service with maximum focus and quality to their customers, partners, and suppliers.
